Thank you for shopping at INDIAN LINEN CLUB. We appreciate the fact that you like to buy our products. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms related to returning a product. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at INDIAN LINEN CLUB, you agree to the terms set forth as below.
PRODUCT CAN BE RETURNED ONLY IF :
1. The product is damaged during transit.
2. The product is not the same as described on the website (www.indianlinenclub.com).
3. The product is not delivered completely.
4. The product is unused, in its original condition, tags, and packaging after the product is delivered.
5. Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer only.
6. If you have crossed a 7-days return window after product delivered.
7. Product unboxing video with label pasted on it is required for damage & exchange case only.
8. The design may vary for Glass Items in case of damage exchange.
9. No exchange in the soap category
Please note, INDIAN LINEN CLUB initiates the refund after the returned item has reached us. Therefore, the refund time may vary by the time taken by the courier partner to deliver the return to us. It will take us a maximum of 5 - 14 Business Days to initiate a refund. You will be notified of the same by email.
1. You can cancel the order online before the product has been shipped.
2. Once the item you have ordered has been shipped cannot be canceled.
3. Once the order has been delivered it cannot be canceled.
